By day you explore Tanzania's exciting national parks; at night you experience the unique safari atmosphere at your private campsite in the heart of nature. After an exciting day on game drive, the safari crew is already waiting for you in the Mobile Explorer Camp, set up in the middle of the national park. As the sun slowly sets and other tourists return to their lodges, your safari adventure goes on – no fences, no buildings and no other people. The mobile camping safaris are carried out by the team of our subsidiary in Tanzania. You can determine the route, duration and course of your private Mobile Explorer camping safari individually yourself. The only requirement is that, for logistical reasons, you spend two nights in each location. You can also combine a Mobile Explorer safari with nights in tented camps or lodges.
The private, specially designated campsites can be found, for example, in the Serengeti or Tarangire National Park. The special thing: unlike is otherwise usual in Tanzania, you do not share these private campsites with other groups. The only travellers here are you, your family and friends. The silence and direct proximity to the wildlife make this type of safari an extraordinary experience.
The high-quality equipment, spacious tents and comfortable camp beds give you a certain level of comfort even in the middle of the wilderness.
Our experienced safari cook is happy to cater for individual wishes and dietary requirements. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared fresh on an open fire.
