Nicole brings not only solid experience but also genuine passion to planning unforgettable trips through southern Africa. After a demanding career in the medical field, she made a deliberate decision to start afresh in tourism – with the aim of bringing the impressive diversity and beauty of southern Africa closer to other people.

Her journey first led her to the Zambezi region, where she experienced lodge life first-hand amid unspoilt nature. These intense impressions still shape her advice today: authentic, personal and with a fine sense for her guests' wishes.

Back in the city, from 2018 she worked in Windhoek for an international tour operator before finally being drawn to the Namibian coast, to Swakopmund. There she has been a fixed part of our team for several years, working with great commitment and heart for individually tailored travel experiences.

Personal contact is particularly close to her heart – and every single photo or piece of feedback that guests share with her after their trip is, for her, the loveliest confirmation that everything went just right.
